1⁄3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dr Vanilla's vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (6 ounce) package salad greens or Baby Spinach
1 seedless oranges, peeled and sectioned
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1⁄2 cup toasted pecan pieces
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, salt and sugar well.
Cut the orange, strawberries into medium sized peices.
Put all the veggies, greens and pecan pieces into the oil mixture and mix it well so that the mixture is coated well on the veggies.
