Natural Vanilla Powder
Easy to use, dark brown, vanilla powder has a robust vanilla aroma and taste and contains all the natural flavor molecules found in the cured beans. We know that the key aroma active compound in vanilla powder is vanillin, but there are about twenty-four other compounds, at low levels but of high flavor impact, that are just as important. These compounds comprise mainly phenols as well as aliphatic acids, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones and esters and they are heat sensitive. We use our proprietary Particle Size Reduction Technology to transform slow cured vanilla pods into raw vanilla powder with uniform particle size.
