1 small ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
1 cup unsweetened milk/ almond milk for vegans
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 serving Vanilla protein powder (1/2 to 1 scoop)
1/2 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Put on high pulse for 10 to 15 seconds until all ingredients are roughly chopped.
Continue blending continuously on high until completely smooth and the spinach is completely pureed, 40 to 45 seconds.
