INGREDIENTS:
Milk 400grams
Sugar 1/4 grams
Butter 1/4 grams
Vanilla extract 2 teaspoon
MAKING PROCESS
First, start by pouring 400 grams of milk and add 1/4 grams sugar and 1/4 gm of butter heat slowly in medium heat and stir it till the time sugar dissolved and melted stir it makes continues for 20 minutes, have to boil stir it well and to check if its thick test in a cool water bowl roll the mixture in two fingers make a small ball that's how you know the mixture is in correct proportion and if not boil it for another 5mins and remove from the heat allow it to cool for 5 mins. Now using an electric hand blender mixer stir it starts to loosen the thickness and the texture too smooth add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and stir it well now u can add other ingredients if needed and pour the fudge into a plate and leave it for 2-3 hours in a room temperature and fudge is set cut into a square and transferred it to a container.
